OpenAI, which started as a research-focused nonprofit, aimed to develop advanced artificial intelligence in a secure manner. The later introduction of a commercial division slightly adjusted this approach in favor of attracting investors such as Microsoft, while maintaining a cap on profits to remain true to the company's original mission. As we know, there was a major turmoil at OpenAI recently when the board, claiming to protect its mission, fired CEO Sam Altman, accusing him of unethical conduct. The decision sparked widespread dissatisfaction among employees, threatening the company's stability and prompting some to consider moving to Microsoft's fledgling AI division.

It seems that OpenAI, which was supposed to be a guiding light in the ethical development of AI, seems to be getting lost in the maze of its own ambitions and corporate intrigues. The CEO's dismissal due to 'dishonesty' sounds like a script for a techno-thriller, not a real event. The irony is that the organization that set out to master AI fails to master its own management.

Microsoft will protect your logo

Microsoft has changed the rules of its AI image generator in response to the popular trend of creating Disney-Pixar-style posters featuring users' dogs. Concerns about copyright infringement, particularly over the reproduction of the Disney logo, led the company to block the use of the "Disney" name, after Disney himself expressed concerns. Currently, attempts to use the Disney name in the generator result in distorted text and logos.

Microsoft, in its pursuit of copyright protection, seems more concerned about the Disney logo than the creativity of the users of its AI image generator.
